Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Belova, we are committed to ensuring your orders reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within 24 hours at the latest.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Within Riyadh: Delivery is completed within 48 hours using Belova's delivery representatives.
  • Other regions within the Kingdom: Shipping and delivery take approximately 3–5 business days.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Orders within Riyadh: Shipping fee is SAR 19, including Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Orders to other regions within the Kingdom: Shipping fee is approximately SAR 20, including VAT.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): This payment option is available, and the applicable shipping cost will be displayed before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping Coverage

Belova delivers to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Shipment Acceptance & Customer Responsibility

Inspecting Your Shipment

By accepting a shipment from the shipping company, the customer acknowledges that the package (carton) was received in good condition, without damage, and unopened.

Damaged Shipments

Customers should not accept any shipment if the outer carton shows signs of damage, including but not limited to:

  • Weak or crushed packaging.
  • Torn packaging.
  • Worn or visibly damaged cartons.

Returned Shipments

If an order is returned by the shipping company due to:

  • Failure of the customer to respond.
  • Repeated postponement of delivery.
  • An incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

The customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping charges in accordance with Belova's store policy.

Belova shall not be held responsible if the shipping company is unable to deliver an order on time due to delays or errors caused by the customer.

6. Shipment Weight

Additional Weight Charges

If the shipment exceeds 10 kilograms, an additional charge of SAR 2 will apply for each extra kilogram.

This additional weight charge does not apply to shipments delivered within Riyadh.

Actual Shipping Weight

The product weights displayed by manufacturers are for reference only.

Belova reweighs all products before shipment, and the weight shown in the product details and shipping label is the actual shipping weight used to calculate shipping costs.
